Maths Teacher - Wirral | September Start | £150-£200 per day | Paid via PAYE
Are you an experienced and passionate Maths Teacher looking for a new opportunity this September? We are a reputable education recruitment agency seeking a confident and enthusiastic teacher to fill a full-time Maths position at a welcoming secondary school in the Wirral area.
This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive department and make a real impact on student progress. The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and strong ECTs, and offers a competitive daily rate of £150 to £200, paid weekly via PAYE - no umbrella companies or hidden deductions.
➕ The Role:
Full-time teaching role starting September
Teach Maths across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Mark, assess, and track student progress
Work collaboratively with other staff members and contribute to department planning
✅ What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and ability to motivate learners
Good classroom and behaviour management
Previous experience in a UK secondary school is preferred
📍 Location:
School located in the Wirral, with good transport links from Liverpool, Chester, and surrounding areas
