What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting Maths teachers with lesson delivery and classroom learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Leading small group and 1:1 intervention sessions to support student progress
Helping pupils grasp key mathematical concepts and develop confidence in their abilities
Assisting with lesson planning, marking, and classroom organisation
Getting involved in wider school life through Maths clubs, homework support, or enrichment sessions
Who We're Looking For:
A recent Maths graduate (or related degree such as Engineering, Physics, or Economics) with a 2:2 or above
A confident communicator with a positive, patient, and approachable attitude
Someone passionate about education and interested in working with young people
An aspiring teacher seeking valuable experience before applying for formal training routes
Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference in the classroom
