Your role:
As a Lecturer in Maths, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students. You will deliver high-quality teaching and ensure that students are fully prepared for higher education or employment. Responsibilities include planning lessons, assessing student progress, and promoting work experience opportunities.
Key duties:
* Teach and assess on a range of courses appropriate to your skills and qualifications
* Support student development through individual learning plans and goal setting
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
* Take responsibility for pastoral care and student progression
* Promote student enrichment activities and work experience placements
What we’re looking for:
* Relevant teaching experience and qualifications (or willingness to work towards one)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Must hold a current enhanced DBS
* Experience of working with students of varying abilities
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity
