Maths Lecturer

Salary: £32,304 - £49,933 per annum (pro rata)
Location: 26 hours - Blaenau Gwent / 30 hours - Torfaen and Usk

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons
Use innovative teaching strategies to engage and support learners
Assess, track, and report on learner progress
Adapt teaching to suit a diverse student population
Support curriculum development and drive continuous improvement
Provide academic and pastoral support to studentsEssential Criteria:
Degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one
Experience teaching Maths at GCSE, A-Level, or equivalent
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
