Are you a passionate and skilled Maths teacher looking to make a genuine difference?
Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming special school in Birmingham who are seeking an experienced KS3 Maths Teacher to join their dedicated team from January.
The school supports pupils aged 11-16 years with a range of needs, including:
ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition)
MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs)
As part of the team, you will deliver engaging, accessible and well-structured Maths lessons that inspire confidence, independence and a love of learning. You'll work closely with supportive staff, therapists and families to ensure every young person achieves their full potential.
What we're looking for:
✔ QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
✔ Strong experience teaching KS3 Maths
✔ A nurturing, flexible and creative approach
✔ Understanding of SEND and a commitment to inclusive practice
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
