Maths Teacher 

Salary: £170 - £220+ per day
 Contract Type: Permanent
 Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
 Location: West Drayton (Alternative Provision for 11-18-year-olds)

 We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Maths Teacher to join our caring and dynamic team at an Alternative Provision supporting students aged 11-18.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring creativity, compassion, and challenge to students who thrive through individualised teaching and strong relationships.

About the Role

As a Teacher of Maths, you will:

Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and some KS5, where appropriate).
Adapt learning to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.
Plan, assess, and track progress in line with school and curriculum expectations.
Foster a supportive environment that nurtures both academic progress and personal growth.
Uphold safeguarding, inclusion, and the ethos of respect and resilience at all times.About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold QTS (or equivalent) and have experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
Have a passion for supporting young people with additional or alternative learning needs.
Be patient, empathetic, and committed to positive behaviour management.
Bring creativity, flexibility, and a sense of humour to the classroom.
