Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Maths Teacher to join a successful and collaborative department at a highly regarded secondary school in Derby. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025, with the potential to take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for the right candidate.

A qualified teacher with a degree in Maths or a related subject and QTS/PGCE

Experience teaching Maths from KS3 to KS5 (GCSE and A-Level)

A reflective, enthusiastic practitioner with a genuine passion for Maths

Ability to inspire and challenge students through creative, engaging lessons

A commitment to promoting high attainment and a growth mindset

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to integrate technology and innovative resources into teaching
