At our small, vibrant Alternate Provision in Tewkesbury, we’re looking for a Maths Specialist who isn’t afraid to teach differently. We have 50 incredible pupils, each with their own story, and we need someone who gets that relationships matter just as much as results.
Who You Are:

A maths enthusiast who believes numeracy opens doors, especially for those who’ve struggled to find the right key.

Calm under pressure, creative in approach, and committed to finding what works for each learner.

Experienced (or ready) to work in SEMH/alternate provision environments.

Someone who sees beyond behaviour to the potential beneath it.
