Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:00pm & Friday 1:00pm finish

Deliver engaging maths lessons to students with SEMH needs aged 5-19 in a specialist setting.

About the role:
Seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Maths Teacher to join a committed team supporting pupils across all key stages with SEMH needs. Delivering creative, accessible maths lessons that build confidence and develop essential numeracy skills.
We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment
Plan and deliver differentiated maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support students in developing their numerical understanding and problem-solving skills
Encourage a positive attitude toward learning through consistency and encouragement
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists and support staff
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleaguesRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
Specialism or strong background in mathematics
Experience teaching pupils with SEMH or additional needs
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
