Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a leading grammar school in Watford, with an Ofsted 'Outstanding' rating. As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3 to KS5, nurturing their talents and developing key skills. You will play a vital role in encouraging students to engage with maths, fostering their confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and inspiring maths lessons to students from KS3 to KS5, encouraging academic curiosity and excellence.
• Support extra-curricular initiatives, providing students opportunities to further explore maths beyond the classroom.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Contribute to curriculum development and share ideas for innovation within the department.
• Promote a love for maths and ensure students have access to a range of resources and activities that encourage academic exploration.

• A degree in Maths or a related subject.
