About the role:
Teaching Personnel are seeking a Maths teacher who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering high quality education to children aged between 11 and 16. The role will consist of working full-time within a state-funded and non-selective comprehensive school in Cwmbran, Torfaen. We are looking for a teacher who is resilient and driven, passionate about motivating and inspiring pupils and recognises the core values of teaching. Can you help us achieve this goal?
Responsibilities:
Preparing learning materials in line with the current curriculum
Delivering lessons to pupils and monitoring their progress and development
Strong classroom management skills
Building strong and meaningful relationships with pupils, parents and staff members
Requirements:
Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
Evidence of right to work in the UK
Must possess an Enhanced Child only DBS Certificate
Registered with the EWC (Education Workforce Council)
At least two professional references covering 24 months
