About the role:
You’ll be joining a motivated and energetic Maths department committed to academic excellence and innovative teaching. The role involves delivering high-quality Maths lessons and engaging learners across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Key responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Use creative teaching strategies to inspire a love of Mathematics
• Track and assess student progress to ensure high achievement
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement
• Foster a positive learning environment that supports all pupils
• Engage in continuous professional development and wider school life
About you:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Proven experience or strong potential in teaching KS3–KS5 Maths
• Passionate about Mathematics and able to instil that enthusiasm in students
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A team player with a proactive and reflective approach
