Job Description:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated, and curriculum-aligned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Promote critical thinking, mathematical fluency, and conceptual understanding
Use a variety of formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform teaching
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student confidence and curiosity
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative schemes of work and contribute to whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience teaching Mathematics in a UK secondary school (desirable but not essential)
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in algebra, geometry, statistics, and numerical methods
Be an enthusiastic educator with excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be committed to inclusive education, safeguarding, and the wellbeing of all students
Be proactive in professional development and open to mentoring and peer collaboration
