A well-regarded secondary school in East Lancashire are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Maths Teacher to join their team from October half term 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to students’ progress and enjoyment of mathematics.
About the Role:
Teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths to mixed ability groups
Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire learners
Planning, marking, and assessing in line with school policies
Working collaboratively with the Maths department to raise achievement
Opportunity to contribute to extra-curricular or intervention programmes
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
Specialism in Mathematics with strong subject knowledge
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
A positive, proactive and reflective teaching style
Committed to safeguarding and the welfare of young people
