About the Role:
A thriving secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their supportive and forward-thinking department. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and foster a love of mathematics while ensuring excellent outcomes across KS3 and KS4.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
Support students in preparing for GCSE exams, ensuring strong progress and achievement.
Use assessment data to inform teaching and provide targeted interventions where necessary.
Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and curriculum development.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support learning.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
Experience teaching KS3–KS4 Maths (KS5 desirable).
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
A commitment to inclusive education and high standards.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
