Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a dynamic secondary school in Northamptonshire, where you'll play a key role in inspiring students and driving academic success in Mathematics.
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and supportive secondary school with a strong commitment to high standards and student achievement. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably qualified applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students
Planning and marking in line with curriculum requirements
Monitoring student progress and providing effective feedback
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Participating in departmental meetings, CPD, and whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
A commitment to fostering a love of learning and supporting student progress
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
