Maths Teacher – Axminster
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
Contract: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a secondary school in Axminster who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring teacher to contribute to a thriving Mathematics department and make a real impact on students’ learning.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the curriculum.
Support students of varying abilities to achieve their potential.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Mathematics.
Ability to inspire, motivate and support students.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Commitment to raising attainment and fostering a positive learning environment.
