About the school
Tradewind recruitment are looking for a qualified Maths teacher to support an established secondary school based in Salford. The school are looking for a Maths teacher on a full-time basis to work in the Maths department across KS3 & KS4.

This role will start after the October half term and run until April 2026.
The Role
As a Teacher of Mathematics, you will:
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that foster curiosity, confidence, and achievement.
Plan and implement schemes of work that challenge and support all learners.
Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform teaching.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and drive improvement.

We are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS (or is an ECT due to qualify in 2025).
Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
Is committed to raising student attainment and aspirations.
Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Demonstrates resilience, creativity, and a growth mindset.
