Maths Teacher
Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a confident and committed Maths Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and supportive educational environment. The role is expected to run for two term's, starting in January 2026, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive Maths lessons across Key Stages
Teach Maths up to GCSE level, ensuring curriculum coverage and progression
Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with national standards
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning through strong classroom management skills
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to the development of a dynamic and ambitious Maths department
Promote a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environmentIdeal Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
Experience teaching Maths up to GCSE level
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
Passionate about inspiring students and fostering a love for numeracy and problem-solving
Skilled at engaging learners of all abilities
