About The School:
We are partnered with a welcoming and inclusive SEN school based in Cambridge, supporting pupils aged 5-19 with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. This school is dedicated to providing personalised learning in a supportive environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a wonderful team and deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages. You will play a key role in helping students develop their confidence and functional numeracy skills, while fostering a love of learning. This is a part-time role - ideally 5 mornings but this can be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs and EHCP targets
Differentiate learning to ensure accessibility for students with a wide range of abilities
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to create a positive learning environment
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary
Contribute to whole-school curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
Build positive relationships with students, families, and multi-agency professionals
Promote pupils' personal and social development alongside academic achievement
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Has experience teaching Maths (experience in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential)
Is patient, creative, and adaptable, with strong behaviour management skills
Has a commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning
Is able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needsWhat We Offer:
