Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: up to £39,000 basic plus bonus and additional benefits - OTE £45000/£50,000
We have an opportunity for a Mechanic to join my client’s workshop in Milton Keynes. Due to increased workload, they are looking for an additional Mechanic to join the team.
Basic salary up to £39,000 DOE – plus bonus
Uniform/Tool Insurance
Electric Vehicle (EV) Training levels 1- 4 for specific roles
Accreditations provided
Flexible working schedule
Requirements for this Mechanic role are:
Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket
Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7
Experience of working on commercial vehicles/ LCV / cars
Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
Key responsibilities for this Mechanic role are:
Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic you will carry out all work completely and effectively
