Mechanic - £40,000+ OTE
Location: Hampshire
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am-12:00pm)
Basic: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus

This independent multi-brand workshop is stacked with work, well-equipped, and has a management team that gets it. No corporate nonsense, just a professional setup that respects technicians and pays them fairly.
If you're diagnostic-minded, not afraid to get stuck into complex faults across a range of brands and want proper manufacturer-led training (including EV and MOT certs) this is the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Servicing, repairs and diagnostics across multiple brands
Fault finding using modern systems and old-school know-how
Completing job cards and vehicle health checks accurately
Working closely with your team to deliver top-notch customer service
What You'll Need:
Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
MOT licence (ideal, not a dealbreaker)
Confident working on a range of vehicles Bosch, Japanese, French, etc.
Main dealer experience? Great, but not essential
Full UK licence
Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and a good sense of humour
