Job Description
Mechanic - £52,000 OTE
Location: Multi-brand Workshop, Hampshire (Hoarndean area)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays (AM only)
Basic: £28,000 - £40,000 + £12k Bonus

You'll be working across a variety of vehicles, not just stuck on one badge. And if you're looking to move up? Manufacturer led training, EV and MOT courses, and a clear path for progression are all on the table.
What you'll need:
Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
MOT licence? Great. If not, we can sort that.
Fault-finding confidence and workshop experience (ideally from a main dealer background, but not essential)
Driving licence
Solid team ethic and a customer-first mindset
Ability to use online systems for job cards and health checks
What you'll get:
£28k-£40k basic (depending on experience)
