Job Description
TXM Recruit are currently working with a property management company who provide a dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele, and we are looking for a to work at one of their largest sites in Surrey.
This role covers Mechanical and Electrical works so a background in this industry is required
* Salary - £55,000/yr.
* Location – Longcross, Surrey
* Hours – 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm) Flexibility when busy in peak summer months
* Overtime – £2,000 extras with overtime – only expected when client is over.
* Extras – 1 in 4 call out rota for emergency support
We are looking for a hands-on M&E Supervisor to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Key responsibilities:
* Overseeing both in house staff and external contractors
* Responsible for carrying out and/ or supervising the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), checking all certification is carried out and documented to current gas safe regulations and the current electrical BS7671 requirements.
* Provide a point of contact service for day-to-day questions and problems regarding equipment, materials, methods, and procedures.

Requirements
* C&G or NVQs qualifications in the M&E disciplines
* Good working knowledge on motors star/delta, DOL and VSD, and of Plumbing and Heating systems
* Knowledge of vented and unvented systems.
* Knowledge of commercial catering gas safety.
* Proven Supervisor and mechanical experience
* Full UK driving license
