Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the planning, design, and delivery of mechanical systems across a diverse range of projects
Manage client relationships and represent the business in meetings, ensuring technical excellence and professional service
Provide leadership and mentoring to engineers, fostering professional growth within the team
Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring successful project delivery
Drive technical innovation and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives
What They're Looking For
Proven experience in mechanical engineering with strong leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of design across all RIBA stages
A degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and calculation skills
Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading client and stakeholder meetings
Full UK driving licence essential
