We are currently seeking a Building Services Engineers (Mechanical Bias) to support our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of prestigious projects and develop your career within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design Support: Assist with the development and design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across a range of building projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and client needs.
* Coordination: Support integration of mechanical systems with other building services to ensure efficient and cohesive system delivery.
* Project Assistance: Work closely with senior engineers to support delivery from design through to implementation, including site visits, documentation, and liaison with stakeholders.
* Sustainability: Contribute to the development of energy-efficient and sustainable solutions aligned with current best practices.
* Compliance & Safety: Support compliance with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards in all system designs.
Key Requirements:
* Qualifications: Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
* Experience: 1–3 years of industry experience (including placements/internships).
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with CAD and building design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, H2X).
* Knowledge: Basic understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems in a building services context.
* Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
