Talentmark are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Technician to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis.
The working hours are Monday – Friday, 07:30-16:00 or 09:30-18:00 on a rotational basis (Call out rota 1 in 6 weeks).
This role has responsibility for the reliable and compliant operation of the estate wide services and equipment. The successful candidate will plan and undertake routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment causing minimal disruption.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Technician within Building Services to continuing developing their Engineering career.
Your Background:
Engineering qualification – Mechanical Bias is preferred
Experience in domestic and low temperature hot water systems (LTHW)
Experience with Air Handling and Chilled Water Systems
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
Happy to be on call (1 in 6), includes attending site Sat/Sun and bank holidays to blow down boilers and carry out plant room checks
