Are you a Mechanical CAD Draughtsperson with experience in SolidWorks or AutoCAD, looking to advance your career in a highly technical industry and progress into a Design Engineer role?

This is an exciting time to get onboard with this skilled and experienced engineering team in a solutions-focused role, contributing to the development of bespoke system upgrades for use across a wide range of demanding environments.
In this highly varied position, you'll be involved in large-scale development projects, producing technical drawings of mechanical and hydraulic assemblies and contributing to both design and manufacturing processes. You'll also create technical specifications, bills of materials, and supporting documentation.
This role is ideal for a Mechanical CAD Draughtsperson with experience in both 2D and 3D CAD who is looking to build a long-term career within a high-performing engineering team.
The Role:
Creating engineering designs and documentation using SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) software
Supporting the development of bespoke mechanical systems in a solutions-focused role
Full training provided within a specialist industry
The Person:
Mechanical CAD Draughtsperson
Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software
Able to reliably commute to Kirkbymoorside (full driving licence and own transport required)
