Job Description
Our client is seeking a driven Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead and deliver installation projects from pre-construction to completion. You’ll manage budgets, risks, people and programmes—ensuring safety, quality, profitability and exceptional client service.
What you’ll be doing:
* Oversee a portfolio of mechanical installation projects.
* Deliver on time, on budget & to spec.
* Drive a Safety First culture across all sites.
* Build strong client & subcontractor relationships.
* Manage labour, materials, procurement & reporting.
* Identify variations, opportunities & business improvements.
* Lead, motivate & develop project delivery teams.

* Strong commercial & contractual awareness.
* Confident communicator & relationship builder.
