The Role:
As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be client-facing, manage site teams, and work closely with the Directors to help shape the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial and education mechanical projects up to £1m in value
*
Coordinate resources, labour, and subcontractors to meet programme requirements
*
Oversee health & safety, quality, and compliance on site
*
Handle project budgets, variations, and cost control
*
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service
*
Support tendering and estimating activities where required
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager (or similar role)
*
Background in commercial and/or education projects
*
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services
*
Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
*
Ambitious, with a strong work ethic and desire to progress
*
Full UK driving licence
