Our client is delivering turnkey design, supply, and installation solutions across major sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission-critical facilities.
This role is perfect for a Mechanical Contracts Manager who wants to travel to Europe for work.
The Role - As a key member of the operations team, you’ll take ownership of several concurrent data centre contracts — driving them from pre-construction to successful handover. You’ll ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to world-class standards while leading multidisciplinary teams including Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Site Managers.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do -
Oversee all mechanical project operations across multiple data centre contracts.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects exceed client expectations.
Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring full compliance with company standards.
Drive value engineering and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery.
Maintain ISO9001 standards and ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and current.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years’ experience within mechanical or M&E project management, ideally in large-scale or mission-critical environments.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems within building services or industrial projects.
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (preferred, not essential).
