Central London
Salary up to £48,000
Monday to Friday (Day Shifts)
A leading facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Mechanical Craftsman to join their team at a prestigious London site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a secure, technically advanced environment based entirely on a single, well-maintained campus.
As part of a dedicated engineering team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical mechanical and plumbing systems in a high-profile location.
Key Responsibilities of a Mechanical Craftsman:

Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on mechanical and plumbing systems, including air handling units and water services
*
Perform reactive maintenance and repairs across plumbing and mechanical systems
*
Diagnose faults and implement practical, effective solutions
*
Work collaboratively with your engineering team and report to site management
Requirements of a Mechnaical Craftsman:
*
F-Gas Category 1 qualification
*
Proven experience in mechanical systems and plumbing within commercial or FM environments
*
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
*
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
