Key Responsibilities:
* Produce mechanical designs, calculations & specifications
* Oversee production of drawings, ensuring deadlines & accuracy
* Prepare detailed design documentation, schedules & reports
* Liaise with clients, project teams & senior management
* Carry out site surveys using advanced scanning tools
* Issue/respond to RFIs & support project delivery
* Contribute to energy modelling & sustainable design
Requirements:
* Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
* Proven experience in mechanical design within building services
* Knowledge of Revit, Hevacomp, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
* Understanding of current building regulations & low-carbon design
* Strong organisation, communication & client-facing skills
* Full UK driving licence
