Senior & Principal Mechanical Design Engineer Roles

YT Technologies are partnered with a client in the defence industry on the lookout for both a senior and a principal mechanical design engineer.
This role will have a mixture of technical and leadership responsibilities including but not limited to; Design and development of novel fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft, from concept to flight test, Design for manufacture / assembly / test, product design & Work package / technical lead, multi-disciplinary technical point of contact.
Essential Requirements
Design for integration of electronic systems
Solidworks
Strong mechanical ability
Experience of materials and manufacturing processes including lightweight and AM.
Experience and knowledge of managing and motivating a group of engineers with varying and diverse skill sets
