Split shifts - 6am - 2:30pm / 9:30am - 6pm

What will you be doing?
• You will be carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems,
• Diagnosing and resolving faults to minimise downtime and ensure building services run efficiently,
• Managing on-site spare parts and supporting minor repairs and modifications to equipment and workspaces,
• Supervising subcontractors on site, including delivering site inductions and monitoring performance,
• Liaising proactively with clients.
Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, they specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares.
What you'll need:
• Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer,
• 18th Edition Electrical Certificate or equivalent,
• Experience in M&E maintenance contracts,
• Additional experience is desirable - HVAC & Mechanical Engineering.
