Mechanical Engineer - Entry-Level Opportunity With Overtime Earnings Salary: £25,000 + Paid Overtime (Door-to-Door) - Realistic earnings of £31,000+ Location: Field-based with travel to client sites Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in manufacturing or construction environments? Looking for a role where your practical skills are valued and rewarded? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering team working on exciting installation and refurbishment projects across the UK. What you'll be doing: Supporting the installation of new ventilation systems, including flat-pack builds and refurbishments. Stripping out old systems and fitting upgraded components like fans, motors, coils, and filters. Assisting with internal wiring and speed controller setups (no mains power work required). Travelling to client sites with paid door-to-door hours - meaning your time is valued. Working closely with experienced engineers and learning on the job. What we're looking for: Practical experience in a manufacturing or construction setting. Comfortable using hand tools and working in physically active roles. A full UK driving licence.
