Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Mechanical Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Undertaking mechanical works on a wide range of building services
* Completing reactive and planned maintenance throughout the London Estate
* Use diagnostic equipment and work from technical drawings
* Identify visual plant defects
To be successful for this Mechanical Engineer role you must have:
* City & Guilds craft certificate/ONC etc.
* Recognised craft apprenticeship
* Comprehensive understanding of Building Services.
* Training certificate to IEE 18th Edition
