Are you a degree qualified mechanical engineer, looking to join a leading fasteners company that boasts two sites across the UK and offers full training, with shadowing opportunities, to become an Applications Engineer?

This company was established over four decades ago and in that time has grown to employ over fifty people. The company are a fastener supplier, offering their services to the aerospace, automotive and rail markets.

The Role:
8:30 - 4:45 Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 4 Friday, with hybrid flexibility
Regular UK travel for customer visits, with occasional overseas travel as and when required
Support the sales team in providing technical guidance to customers
Liaise with global suppliers and manufacturers to source custom and standard products
Review customer specifications, drawings, and requirements to propose appropriate fastening or engineered solutions
Maintain clear documentation and reports of contacts with clients in the company CRMThe Person:
