What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands-on role, you'll take on a wide range of engineering challenges from designing brand new systems that meet complex technical requirements, to supporting field upgrades for equipment already in service. Your work will make a tangible difference in safety, performance, and mission success.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, production, and more, to develop smart, cost-effective, and compliant engineering solutions. Responsibilities span from detailed design and FEA analysis to sourcing components, generating documentation, and ensuring everything runs smoothly through to validation and testing.
What You’ll Need to Bring

Proven experience in a mechanical design or engineering role
*
Strong analytical skills, including FEA (e.g., ANSYS) and design calculations
*
Familiarity with DFA/DFM best practices
*
Knowledge of gas and fluid systems
*
Hands-on experience with prototype development and product lifecycle tools
*
Understanding of industry regulations and standards (IMCA, DNV, LR, etc.)
*
A background in marine, defence, or diving systems is a strong advantage
*
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience
