Mechanical Engineer - Wakefield - £16p/h

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed technical plans based on research and innovative ideas
* Design products aligned with company requirements and industry standards
* Conduct surveys on equipment and various mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance
* Present design concepts and plans to Managers and clients with clarity and confidence
* Produce comprehensive technical documentation to support project needs
* Perform product testing to validate design integrity and functionality
* Oversee quality control programs and manage overall maintenance within our facilities
* Develop CAD project drawings and review drawings from junior team members for accuracy and quality
* Complete onsite data logs and ensure accurate record-keeping
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop precise accounting of engineering hours for internal projects
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in mechanical design and engineering
* Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing review
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
