Mechanical Engineer – Leading M&E Contractor
📍 Location: Central London

We are working in partnership with a well-established, Tier 1 M&E contractor that delivers major residential and mixed-use projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

🔧 Role Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, public health) on residential and commercial developments
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Review technical drawings and ensure installation aligns with project specifications and industry standards
Attend progress and coordination meetings
Support project delivery from early stages through to commissioning
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on-site✅ Candidate Requirements:
Experience in a Mechanical Engineer role within the M&E/building services sector
Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and building services design/installation
Able to interpret drawings and specifications confidently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
