Shift:
* 49 hours per week
* 45 hours Monday to Friday + 4 hours Saturday mornings
Salary:
* £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect, troubleshoot and repair industrial shredders, granulators, conveyor belts, and other plant machinery.
* Carry out scheduled and preventative maintenance, including welding duties where required.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent repairs to minimise downtime.
* Perform routine maintenance on lorries (HGVs) and mobile plant equipment such as forklifts.
* Fit new parts ensuring machinery is safe and compliant with industry standards.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
* Experience repairing mobile plant equipment such as forklifts and lorries (HGV maintenance advantageous).
* Basic welding and electrical knowledge beneficial.
* Valid Driving Licence required.
