Job Description
Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to join a leading facilities management provider?
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to deliver mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment, and building services within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs.
* Optimise plant performance and manage environmental conditions using BMS systems.
* Accurately complete work orders through CAFM systems.
* Participate in an on-call rota and work overtime when required.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in a similar mechanical engineering role.
* NVQ Level 2 qualification in Mechanical or Plumbing.
* Strong understanding of the Facilities Management sector
Benefits:
* Competitive salary up to £45,000 plus overtime opportunities.
* 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
* Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
