About the Role
A College we're working with is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mechanical Engineering Lecturer, with a focus on CAD, CAM, and CNC, to join its dynamic and supportive team.
You will design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that reflect current industry standards and prepare learners for further education or employment in the engineering sector. You'll also contribute to curriculum development, support student progress, and play a key role in shaping the future workforce.

What You'll Need
A minimum of a Level 5 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (a bachelor’s degree is ideal)
Strong knowledge and experience in CAD, CAM, and CNC technologies
A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
Experience in teaching or assessing is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence using IT systems and digital tools
A flexible, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for education
