Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Tutor

Salary: £130 – £190 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineering Tutor to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineering Tutor:
Deliver engaging and hands-on mechanical engineering lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Support students in developing practical skills in mechanics, machinery, and engineering principles.
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
Work closely with other staff to develop personalised learning plans and track student progress.
Foster positive relationships with students, promoting resilience and a love for learning.
Requirements for Mechanical Engineering Tutor:
Strong background in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
Experience working with young people, ideally in alternative or SEN settings.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
