Mechanical Estimator – Building Services
Location: Lichfield / Tamworth / Cannock
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + benefits

We’re working with a well-established Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who’ve built a reputation for reliability and quality service across the Midlands.
They’re looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join the team and support ongoing tenders across a range of commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Producing detailed mechanical estimates and tender submissions
*
Reviewing drawings and specifications to produce accurate costings
*
Liaising with suppliers and clients
*
Supporting value engineering and design reviews
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator
*
Understanding of HVAC, pipework, and plantroom systems
*
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
