 This is a rare opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established and highly respected building contractor, known for delivering large-scale, high-spec projects across Central London.  You’ll be part of a high-performing commercial team, tendering on projects £30M+, where your expertise will directly influence major project wins. This is a company that values its people, rewards performance, and retains talent long-term.

 The Role:  
Lead and support tenders for large-scale mechanical packages (£20M+) across Central London 
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to produce accurate, competitive tenders 
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions 
Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and internal teams 
Work closely with design, commercial, and project teams 
Support and mentor junior estimators within the team  What You’ll Need:  
Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within construction/building services 
Strong background in commercial mechanical fit-out projects 
Experience tendering on large-scale/high-value projects 
Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems and specifications 
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment
