Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the process and delivery of quality new build projects across a diverse portfolio of projects including, High End Residential, Commercial, and Industrial.

The successful individual will be joining a collaborative and supportive team, where your process and experience will directly contribute to successful project delivery and continued business growth.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate Mechanical estimates for a range of new build projects
Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather relevant information
Assess project risks and opportunities to ensure competitive and viable bids
Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Contribute to value engineering and cost saving initiatives
Support the commercial and project teams through the pre-construction phase
