Job Description
ES Steel Solutions are a specialist site installation business providing services to the Nuclear and Defence industries.
We are looking for skilled Mechanical fitters / Duct Fitters looking for a new challenge?
We offer exciting long-term opportunities to work on a prestigious defence site in Cumbria.
If you have the expertise and drive, this Mechanical Fitter / Duct fitter role could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform snagging and stripping tasks, along with the installation of new ductwork on site.
* Ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality results on time.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications Needed:
* Current SC clearance is essential
* CSCS / CCNSG certification required.
* NVQ 2 or equivalent in Ductwork or Mechanical Fitting is preferred.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
