Job Description

Job Summary Reporting to the Site Manager, duties to include preventative maintenance on machines and equipment both within our head office in Deeside as well as responding to emergency machine break downs on our client sites.

This can include Overhaul and repair of machines and equipment on site ensuring that they are safe, working efficiently and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role is to support reliable preventative maintenance service for factories in the local area, and within the main facility in Deeside making sure that their production lines run smoothly.

This can include

  * Preventative & reactive maintenance of all manufacturing and engineering machinery

  * Overhaul, upkeep and repair of all mechanical & pneumatic machinery,

  * Fault finding, testing, removal and/or adjustments of existing fixtures & fittings

  * Undertake repairs and servicing to the highest standard

  * Produce & maintain jigs & fixtures to engineering drawings

  * Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and providing excellent customer care in an efficient manner.

  * Reliability & dependability essential with adaptability to a fast paced environment.

  * Time management and communication skills essential, ability to work on own incentive, log work and report any issues to Production Manager.

Time served in repair and maintenance, knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Fabrication desirable.

Experience and working knowledge of air tools, compressors, electrical (tools & equipment) advantageous

Starting on £18+ per hour to be reviewed after 3 months.

Monday to Friday

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Qualifications/Experience:
Time served/min 2 years’ knowledge experience in manufacturing environment.
